found my love of the stage

I fell in love with the stage despite butterflies in my tummy and being worried I would screw up in front of everyone. Dancing taught me how to live in my body and stay present through fears, doubts, and vulnerabilities. #ThanksMom+Dad

performed at the super-bowl

Proud moment: I auditioned and was selected to dance in Super Bowl XXIX at 14 years old. I can still feel the roar of the crowd and Hank Williams Jr singing when I think of it.

being an Auntie is the best

I became an Auntie to my 3 favorite humans. The hardest part about living in California is being away from them, but we FaceTime often and visit throughout the year.

Opened my private practice

Despite what people told me was possible, I Graduated with my master’s in mental health counseling and immediately opened my private psychotherapy practice in Central Florida 2006-2017 #IWasRight #ItWasPossible

moved to california

I blindly followed my soul’s calling, closed my psychotherapy practice, packed my bags and left everyone and everything I knew with only 2 suit cases and moved to SoCal from Florida. #BestDecisionEver

started my online coaching biz

I leapt out of my comfort zone to start my online coaching business and got a lot more comfortable being visible online. Cue photoshoots + social media presence, oh my! #ItWasWorthIt

My man - John ♥

I relaxed from over working and softened into being ready for a rich and fulfilling partnership and met my man, John, when I least expected it at a healing event that I showed up to in my gym clothes, no shower or make up. #IWokeUpLikeThis

I used to say my favorite way to experience nature was the balcony at the Ritz Carlton. While I’m still a very bougie lady who loves a 5 star resort, I now also brave the elements with John, who’s introduced me to camping and I must admit I actually crave it!

Became an Aerial Somatic Therapy practitioner and began weaving this profound body of work into my own to support the nervous systems of my clients

I did baby goat yoga and unexpectedly fell in love with this little guy. Needless to say there was more snuggling than downward dogging. Prioritizing play, nature, and self care these days.
